Here's a quick guide to shopping with us!

Shipping fees will be calculated after checkout and will be added in the invoice. All shipping fees are based on Grab Express rates.

We ship every Saturday and Sunday via Grab Express or Lalamove for Metro Manila and Grab Express Ninja Van for Nationwide. Overseas shipping are still on the works!

We accept bank deposit/transfers via BDO and BPI. We also accept payments through Paymaya and Gcash.

Kindly note that your reservation will only be valid within 48 hours once we confirm your order. To secure your reservation, we highly advise to deposit/transfer your payment immediately and email us the payment confirmation (e.g. photo of the deposit slip), together with your name and order number.

Please don’t forget to email us your deposit slip/transfer confirmation right away to secure your order. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll get a shipment notification via sms with our tracking details.

Delivery process:

  • Metro Manila: we ship via Grab Express. Shipping days are Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Provincial: we ship via Grab Express Ninja Van. Nationwide shipping takes 7 days.

We do our best to make sure you will be satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations, return it to us unused within 7 days of receipt and we will send you a prompt refund. All returns must be sent to Ibah Bags at the Purchaser’s expense.

WARRANTY

Ibah Bags warrants to the original consumer (Purchaser) that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase.

What is covered?

Our warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, animal attack, or negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the Purchaser in any way.

If the product is found to be defective, Ibah Bags’ only obligation and the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product with the same or comparable product. Ibah Bags shall have no liability or responsibility to the Purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.

If we receive a product that is not covered under our Warranty, we will contact the sender and advise of appropriate repair charges.

What is not covered?

Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. It does not cover the natural breakdown of materials which may occur after extended use of the product. As a natural material, banig will have variations in color, some scars, or creases—these are not defects, but natural characteristics of the banig.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Please contact us before shipping your product to Ibah Bags. Returned products without obtaining authorization to return will not be entertained and will not be processed for exchange or refund.

All returns must be sent to Ibah Bags at the Purchaser’s expense. We suggest that you use a carrier that provides tracking information. Ibah Bags is not responsible for packages lost in transit to us.
